Review & Publishing

After the data and metadata is updated we will often first publish the dataset in "private" mode. This will allow internal users who've been given access the chance to review the data and descriptions to make sure nothing is missing.

Once everyone is satisfied and signs off on the dataset, we will move it from private to public at which point it will be discoverable and useable by the public.
