As you are brainstorming, begin to fill out the template below to record your datasets:

  • Create a copy of the ("Dataset Inventory" tab)

  • We have an example Data Inventory

As a reminder, you can refer to the page to understand what all the fields mean.

It is often easier to just fill out the Name and Description fields first, then go back later and fill in the rest of the information
